Location quite convenient, 7 minutes walk from train/bus station. Next to a convenient store which sell foods in good price (you can buy candy/sweet here as a gift for people at home - the price is event better than Don quijote).

The hotel is in amazing location, train station and its line is very accessible, its connected to every line of tourist attractions. The hotel room is smaller than expected but it's enough for small group. Theres no clothes iron so better to bring one if you got a clothes that wrinkle easily. There's Restaurants around the hotel and also grocery stores which is a very good. The staff were helpful. And honestly I can recommend this place to stay in tokyo. Just a heads up that before you reach the hotel there's a stairs like more or less 20 steps after you pass the track bridge, so if you carry a heavy languages might as well ask for help to carry it down. In total, I can give it 8 out of 10.

Overall the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed in a room with a queen bed and it was a decent amount of room for two people. Staff provided clean towels everyday. The location was nice with many places nearby to eat and close to convenient stores. The hotel was also a walkable distance to the Uguisudani train station where I could access the Yamanote line. I’d probably stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. The breakfast was also good and had a variety of choices.

It is a very interesting experience to reach this hotel! We passed through the area of the famous "Japanese love hotels" in JR Uguisudani St. The hotel itself is very cozy, roomy enough. Remarcablly good brearfast!!! Highly recommended.

The location was very close to the train station. If they ever give directions, please tell people to get off on the south gate where there is escalators and elevators. Very quiet rooms, and staff was amazing.

It’s a very decent budget hotel. The staff were great. The breakfast was superb. The hotel is a bit dated but it covers up for that by offering bigger rooms.
